Jennifer Ferre appointed as interim director for WNC Communities

Jennifer  Ferre, program coordinator, has been named as interim director for WNC Communities. Journey Scholars for 2018

Since 2002, WNC Communities has distributed $163,000 in scholarships to 155 youth living in our rural communities. This year, 13 deserving high school seniors received a total of $12,000 to expand their educational journey onward to college. Honoring Community Development Clubs the Backbone of WNC

The WNC Honors Awards is built on a 68-year-old tradition of recognizing rural community development clubs for their innovative ideas and grassroots solutions.
