WNC Regional Livestock Center will remain open for our weekly sales throughout this challenging time. However, for the safety of our customers and our employees we will enact some restrictions in accordance with the NC Governor’s mandate and NCDHHS guidelines to minimize the opportunity for COVID-19 transmission.
First and foremost, if you are sick – stay home.
We will be receiving livestock at our normal times on Sundays and Mondays. Whenever possible, please remain in your vehicles. Once your animals have been processed, please leave the premises.
We will be processing checks as usual, and you may pick up your checks the day of the sale. Please call our office ahead of time at 828-646-3700 and let us know you will be coming so that we may make arrangements. If you can wait until Tuesday morning to pick your check up, please do so as it will be much easier to keep the number of people on the premises down. Any checks not picked up on Tuesday will be mailed as usual.
You may also watch the sale real-time on DVauction.com
The sales arena will be restricted to buyers only. Please help us remain open by keeping the number of occupants to a minimum.
NCDA employees nor food services will be on premises during this time.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your compliance and understanding.
